Anthony Gaetano, Senior Inspector of the company, gave me a very fair price with a senior citizen discount for waterproofing my basement, which included quality equipment/materials and expert labor.

 

He was friendly and explained the work in detail and answered all of my questions. Steve from their customer service department was courteous and meticulous in coordinating and following up with Anthony regarding the status of the contract. The office manager Abbie and the service manager Riley were customer oriented and efficiently followed up on the appointments of their crews for the undertaking.

Tom, the Foreman brought literally an army of crew with him for the project; they did an outstanding job as a team in just a few hours; and cleaned up after the work. Talk about efficiency and coordination! All in all, based on my pleasant experience, Basement Waterproofing Specialists Inc. is a very reliable company. Additionally, the contract guarantees the workmanship and materials for any water problem of my basement for the life of the structure.
